Official press release will be posted tonight on the track website, but, I just got off the phone with Vern.
15 cars or more and the winners share goes up to $500 to win
20 or more cars and winner gets $1000 and the rest of the purse will be increased to something very similar to what the payout was for the series race this past weekend.
$100 guaranteed to start regardless.

Now pay outs like that at selinsgrove in the pro stocks would be nice. Maybe clinton county can lead by example and selinsgrove might follow up it. pay out like that will draw cars in a hurry.

So basically they are offering the old 410 payout for a startup division if they attract 20 or more cars.... But couldn't afford sprints for roughly the same $$ that consistently pulled in 20 cars weekly.... be interesting to see if fan support is there once novelty wears off.

I thought the modified race last week was one of the I've seen in a while. Other than yoder stealing the show there was good racing throughout the pack. To jims credit he has been racing there forever and has experience with a 4 bar setup... Once everybody else gets set ups dialed in, I think it'll be the best racing around.

IMCA Modifieds are the largest sanctioned class in the United States.... Theres a reason for that.
Sprints aren't local guys that bring local fans, most of the IMCA guys are fairly local.

I think if you look at last years 410 payout and last weeks IMCA payout the 410 pay out is still over $2,000 more than last weeks payout. That means at $25 per pit pass average 4 team members per car you would need an extra 20 410 cars just to make that $2,000
