Lookin good! Are there any major changes in the division for 2010? Did Clinton and Selinsgrove come to any agreement on rules?

No changes that I know of at CC. Selinsgrove finally allowed tubular upper A-arms..... Either way it's the same story... Their cars can come here, but, we can't go there.......

Since Selinsgrove made some changes, did Clinton make any concessions to make the cars closer?

From what I understand the cars for Clinton County are more advanced and would cost more to "GO BACK" to the chassis style Selinsgrove has.. However, Selinsgroves engines are more then they need to be.

CC cars are pretty much a late model chassis with a front clip on it... CC motors you are NOT ALLOWED to run the DRY SUMP system and SG you are.

Well sorta... CC and Selinsgrove allow the same chassis. 2x3 main frame rail with a stock clip (usually Camaro). The only difference in the chassis is CC allows weight jacks which require you to move the front shocks from the stock location, Selinsgrove doesn't allow this. Other than that the chassis are the same. Selinsgrove is allowing the aftermarket upper A-arms this year, which was long over due. CC allows Aluminum bodies, Selinsgrove requires them to be Steel and must have a stock roof, thats why CC cars look more like Late Models and Selinsgrove cars look a bit more stock. Aluminum bodies are much cheaper and easier to repair. Selinsgrove allows Dry Sump motors and CC doesn't. This is not that big a deal, it doesn't create more horsepower. It helps the longevity of the engine especially with the length of time they are at full throttle at SG. CC allows floater rears, there is absolutely no advantage to this and in my opinion it is stupid to not allow it. It is a safety issue. If you break an axle the wheel stays on the car... From what I have heard CC said no strut cars this year and Selinsgrove told the guys with strut cars they had to either put a Metric 4 link in the rear or leaf springs. No more 3 link..
That about covers it...
